Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
